SirMyztiq Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 It's a great movie. It explains everything from quantum physics to the very understanding of ourselves and our relation to the world. I did see some old people walk out though once they began to analyze religion and basically smash it to bits. Good flick though. Don't reject it because of what I said about religion, it's actually a good way to open up your mind. They ask many questions that just have you puzzling for days. Sojourner Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 One of my friends has been trying to get me to watch this; she says it's really great. I think we're planning to get together when it comes out on video.
God Conquers Posted January 26, 2005 Posted January 26, 2005 Wow... that movie not only looks ridiculous but dangerous. People need to spend less time doing math and more time helping others.
Dreamweaver Posted January 26, 2005 Posted January 26, 2005 Wow...maybe some aspects of the film are legit, but it just reeks of pseudo science. Did you check out the Spiritual Teachers under the Scientists section? (that in itself would be an interesting debate). Evidentally, there is some lady that channels a 35,000 year old spirit named Ramtha. A quick look at Ramtha's website is just creepy. Such crazy new age stuff, how could someone possibly be deluded to beleive that stuff? It rivals Scientology for crazyness.
AndytheConqueror Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 I live right next to Ramtha...well, not right next to her... but pretty darn close. I heard that she supported the movie a lot.
AndytheConqueror Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 pardon me, that was before i went to college.
