[font="Geneva"][color=red]hey guys! it's me again...i feel so bad i never ask for help from anyone but you are all so like gracious i keep on turning to you. i'm sorry if i am being selfish or greedy or anything. but i really would only ask if i really needed the help. anyway, lately i have been really confused. i mean it's just weirding me out. i am like crazy deep into my faith, but recently i have constantly doubted things and been very skeptical and uneasy. i am questioning the foundations of my life, because i've had a really rough past and i've never told anyone every single little thing that has hurt me (for their own good). it's just i want to let go of everything so i can move on and truly live my life for God and stop like being a fake Christian, but i'm not sure how. ughhh i hope this makes some sense, it's hard to explain. if you have any advice, let me know please and don't be afraid to be harsh, sometimes i need it. thank you all so much. God bless you!
in Christ,

Danielle,

At times it can be very trying to be a Christian, especially when the "fleshpots of Egypt" always remain in our memory; I have a feeling that you're going through an experience that our Fathers went through in the Egyptian deserts on the way to the Promised Land. I urge you to take the same steps that Moses did...

1.) Trust in the Lord your God - He'll lead you with a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night. Just follow Him.

2.) Receive Him in the sacraments - the ancient Jews only had the Law, but you have here One greater than the Law, namely Jesus Christ in the sacraments.

3.) Moses took advice from a chosen group of people - I encourage you to find people who you can draw close to yourself from whom you can take advice.

I know that no answer will be sufficient, but I hope that this helps. Peace to you.

Yours,
Pio Nono
