I just want to make sure they..um.. stay put. That's all. Plus my retreat center will be a good place from which to launch missions into the black lands. By the way, I would expand the list of inhabitants beyond strict athiests.

ok cool. you can be like, head of the Christendom navy or something. you'll keep the ahtiests in their place and direct missionary activity. using a bit of technology, you can direct all that from your coze retreat center in new zealand.
