Paphnutius Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 I am the only person under 30 that enjoys going to bed in a well made one?!

Making ones bed helps to ensure that the coverings are balanced and thorough on each side and the bottoms of the sheets and the blanket are tucked under the mattress, at least if you are putting enough effort into an unmade bed. At very least, a made bed is more visually appealing while adding less figure ground disruption if you are in the room for a while. Plus, there is just something nice about a neatly pulled sheet if you have to climb into bed to sleep, and of course the bedspread can't all be on one side or the other unless you've pulled it down because you're too warm. I'm in my early twenties.
