Tony Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005
how often should I throw away my shoes, as a matter of hygiene?
for you once every 2 weeks
HomeTeamFamily Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 if you can see your toes........... through your shoes, change your shoes but for real, its suggested to change them every 6 months if they get heavy use.....10-12 months if they get lighter use
theculturewarrior Posted February 8, 2005 Author Posted February 8, 2005 ah. Thanks Adam. My six months is past. Time to go to Walmart. I might get...three pairs of shoes after this!
HomeTeamFamily Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 you might invest in a foot powder or lotion to help control the situation as well gotta take care of yo dogs and yo dogs will take care of you haha
Tony Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 I'm about due for a new pair of shoes actually.. all that walking in the rain and snow has put a beaten on them
Piccoli Fiori JMJ Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 I wear my old beat up shoes, I prefer them over my brand new shoes bought in the fall
jimbo Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 I have to get new shoes every 3 months. My feet sweat so much they literally rot away.
JazzforJesus Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 do Cons have different rules for the 6 moths or whatever. I wear mine all the time and they smell fine and its ben 1+ year. The rule for me with my converses is if the soul is literally falling off its time
Dave Posted February 9, 2005 Posted February 9, 2005 If you don't want your shoes to rot and stuff, don't wear the same pair 2 or more times in a row. They need time to air out.
