I mean I grew up on tap water, and drink it to this day. No problems that I know of. Well, I mean other than the obvious, non-water realated ones.

MichaelFilo Posted February 12, 2005 Posted February 12, 2005 We have a water softner, and it softens the water. Without it, our water would be hard. To be quite honest with you, I never noticed our water tasted like minerals mixed together with H2O. Then I saw that it was mineral infested (hey Florida aquafer, totally the best thing ever, too bad it's illegal to tap into it). So we got a water softener, now all our problems are gone. Except now I have to carry 40 pound bags of salt to feed our water softner monster. Why, oh Floridian law, do you keep me from tapping into the aquafer 6 or so feet below ... why! God bless, Mikey
Fixxer Posted February 12, 2005 Posted February 12, 2005 all water has some other "ingredients" in it. Distilled water is the only pure water, and that doesnt taste very good at all. :dead:
