Catholictothecore Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 Kay, pham! This is needed, BIG TIME, in the world today! So, just like the rosary thread! For the intention that God, in His infinite goodness, will have mercy on the world that has so rightly merited His justice; that He will bring as many people as will answer to salvation! In case some of you don't know the DVM, it is very simple. It is said on a regular rosary, with the cross being the Our Father, a single Hail Mary, and then the Apostles Creed. After that, you start on the loop. On the "Our Father" beads, say "Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins, and for the whole world." and then on the "Hail Mary" beads, say "For the sake of his sorrowful passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world" During each decate, we meditate on the sorrowful mysteries. So, WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR!!!! In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Our Father, who aret in Heaven, hallowed be thy name! Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven! Give us this day, our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those whoe trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Catholictothecore Posted February 23, 2005 Author Posted February 23, 2005 Hail Mary, full of Grace, the Lord is with thee! Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus! Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Christina Posted February 24, 2005 Posted February 24, 2005
During each decate, we meditate on the sorrowful mysteries.
The Rosary has nothing to do with the Divine Mercy Chaplet. We are asking Jesus for His Mercy...
