Basilica of the Holy Sepulchre

I was just wondering if the Catholic Church controlled the Basilica of the Holy Sepulchre?

Extra ecclesiam nulla salus,

It seems as if the Syrian Orthodox control the Basilica of the Holy Sepulchre, but it is used by all sorts of rites in the Church. I know the Franciscans are involved somehow, but I don't believe they actually control the basilica itself.
