What is the history behind the "Our Lady of Grace" statue. I can find the stories for "Our Lady of Guadalupe" and others, but not this one- "Our Lady of Grace."

If it's the same statue I'm thinking of, it has its origins in an apparition of Our Lady to St. Catherine Laboure. She appeared in the form of Our Lady of Grace, and that is minted on the front of Miraculous Medals. The devotion might be pre-dated in the devotion to Our Lady of Prompt Succor, but I'm not sure. Hope this helps.
