Spilling the blood

Both a friend and I have had this problem, that when we take the blood at Mass we've accidentally spilled it on our clothing. I know that when it is spilled on the ground there is a certain procedure to go about cleaning it up, but what are you supposed to do if it is spilled on clothing? Should it be washed in a certain way? Thank you.

Wash the spot in a bowl of water the best you can. This water should then be poured into the ground, not the drain. Once you have done this feel free to wash it the clothing regularly.
