Didacus Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 Got a bit of a scare at work this week. To make a long story short, a group of 4 workers, working in the scope of my project where subject to a potentially fatal situation. I do not believe they where aware of the danger at the time, but what a scare! The last thing I want to do is call the police on something like this...a theft, a brawl, anything but not something like this... phew... So this got me wondering, is there a patron saint for engineers? Is there a patron saint for mechanical engineers? (we engineers are pretty competitive between each disciplines) I think I would honestly be surprised if there where; we engineers are often odd men (woman) out... But if there is I would definately like to know. Or, is there a website I can visit to check for myself? Thanks, Didacus
Pio Nono Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 JMJ 6/16 - Eleventh Thursday Didacus, Looks like St. Benedict, St. Ferdinand III of Castile, and St. Barbara are various patrons of engineers.
