I should be sleeping. But I'm just not tired.

Will someone hit me over the head with something to knock me out? ^_^

Well, if the club doesn't knock me out, those swords are sure to convince me to sleep. :P

It's funny that you bumped this. I had the worst time falling asleep last night too.

I feel like a walking zombie this morning.

I hope you weren't too tired to find some appropriate shoes this morning.

Or are you risking the flip flops again?

Risking the flops again. I'm a rebel! :P

I was running so late this morning, I just grabbed the flip flops. And I didn't have time to grab coffee! :o

I finally got to lie down around 5 am. (I wasn't having trouble sleeping, I just had to stay up to take care of something -- you don't want to know details.)

Once I could finally relax, I was so exhausted I just flopped on the living room floor next to my desk. An hour later I woke up because the skylight was leaking on me. :P

Lucky for me I am useless and can just veg all day. Er, I guess.

Agh! Sleep deprivation flashbacks!

For a little over two years I averaged 3 hours of sleep a night. That was crazy.

It changed my brain chemistry afterward -- I lost the ability to wake myself up. I'd go to sleep and 15 hours later I'd still be at it. (Eventually my husband would get me up.) It was years before alarm clocks had any effect on me at all.

I've been having mega problems sleeping lately too. But I found that when I actually DID get a good nights sleep....I'd be more exhausted that day then when I DIDN'T sleep. Sigh. I can't ever win.

Plus the terrible dreams don't really help. Laying awake with one part of your brain saying "SLEEP! SLEEP!" and the other part saying "NO!! NO!!! The dreams will come! The dreams will come!!!" isn't very fun nor conductive to a good nights sleep!

I always prayed for good dreams and not bad dreams because the bad ones scared me, it worked too. :)
