Everyone cna make and enter 3 avatars in the copmpetition. A special avatar section is made. The avatars remain posted for three months, and the network (with programming wizardry) keeps track of how many times the avatar was selected by members. Whoever's avatar was selected the most often by members during the coarse of three months, either by old or new members - wins! Any one member CNANOT choose the same avatar more than once (thourgh, once again, the magic of programming).
