philothea Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 Japanese. Hard to say why. Attention to detail. Quality over quantity. Beauty of presentation. Healthy, subtle, exotic... sometimes downright weird. Iron Chef. There is a bag of small, whole, dried, seasoned crabs in the pantry. We haven't tried them yet. I probably have watched too much anime.
