Here's what I do.

Gank a lot of images off the internet. Use a graphics manipulation program to "thumbnail" them (shrink them down -- thumbnails are fair use under copyright law.)

Frilly up as desired.

I use [url="http://www.gimp.org/"]the Gimp[/url].

Oh, and I made the vatican flag one all by myself... er, well I began with a prototype of the coat of arms.

double check/proofread chapter 6 - I found one glaring typo on the first read through, but I'm on the Win98 machine now, and open office freezes the whole magilla on install . . . I thought I got around that, but I guess I was wrong
