...out of town, until Sunday night.

That means that it's just me and the kids for 5 days. Please pray that we all survive this ordeal.

Hoooo boy...

Does anyone have any advice on how I can get them to leave me alone and entertain themselves for as long as possible? What should I feed them? How often?

I've never had to do this before.

Send them outside to play or watch a movie (not too much).

When you figure out how to get them to entertain themselves, let me know...

Your wife didn't give you a complete list of instructions?

Do your kids like take out?

Well, my plan is to go to Blockbuster tonight and rent about 15 movies and 2-3 Playstation games. I'll also go to the store and buy about 20 of those Lunchable things. All the food in my house requires some type of preparation. So it's either the Lunchables or Dominoes every night... Of course, the boy likes to eat soft things... :(

I'm scared.

The girl is seven I think, and the boy is about knee high.

If you really are renting that many, get either a month movie pass or a rewards card. It'll save you tons, especially since it's Wednesday!

AHHHHHH!
This was an episode on the Outer Limits I think. Or maybe Alfred Hitchcock wrote about it.

My advice. Hide the duct tape. Better yet, make good use of it before they do.

You have my prayers.

I'm comforted by the fact that the girl usually knows what to do with the boy. She's been able to answer most of my questions so far... of course, she rolls her eyes at me quite often.

She hasn't asked you to play barbies yet has she? That is my most dreaded question from my daughters. " Daddy, let's play barbies."

Peanut butter and jelly is easy, and they also make mac and coagulated milk that cooks in 90 seconds in the microwave.

Remember to bathe them once a day. :D

^ That was for dUSt.

I give up.

No, and it's never really asked like one either. There really is no way out. Especially when the wife is home.

That was the plan. Bathe them on Sunday, before my wife gets home.

Kids don't get that dirty anyway.
