zunshynn Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 I have a medal of the Eucharist that I really love. I had it blessed by my confessor a few months ago. I was wondering if it would be permissable for me to have it blessed more than once, by other priests that have been/are important to me. I know that the important part isn't who says the blessing though, but the fact that God has blessed it through the priest, so if it would be inappropriate I don't want to do it.
cappie Posted August 4, 2005 Posted August 4, 2005 I don't think it would be inappropriate but it would be unusual. An object can't be more blessed than it already is. If there was a question as to whether something is blessed then it can be blessed again.
