Janana8706 Posted August 5, 2005 Posted August 5, 2005 Ok, i'm watching the Night show, and some guy was on there, and they asked him the capital of MO (where he's from) and he said Columbia. He's wrong its Jefferson City. I just thought it odd, that he didn't know his own states. So i ask the question.
Guest T-Bone Posted August 5, 2005 Posted August 5, 2005 I was tempted to vote "No" just to throw off the poll... BTW it's Salem
White Knight Posted August 5, 2005 Posted August 5, 2005 Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Current State Captial. at a time near the states birth 1907, Tulsa, Oklahoma was suspost to be the captial of the state, but until the seal was stolen... that all changed. homeschoolmom Posted August 5, 2005 Posted August 5, 2005 Yeah, it's easier to think of the largest city first. What throws me off is when the largest city IS the capital-- then I think, "that can't be right..."
