I don't have much of a clue what it's like and I've watched plenty of documentaries. :

DeeDee Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 Wait till your baby starts doing somersaults! About the hard "stomach" thing. Your uterus contracts in preparing for birth. These contractions can be kind of strange because all of a sudden you have this huge mound in front of you, but there is a way to stop that: just take your fingers on each side of the mound and press gently thinking all the while relax! relax!, and the hardness will go away. Let me know if this works with you.
