sweetpea316 Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 Funnel Cake Recipie!!!! : Ingredients: 3 eggs 2 cups milk 1/4 cup sugar 3 to 4 cups flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder *Beat eggs, sugar and milk and then add dry ingredients. Pour through funnel into frying pan with hot oil. (I didn't have a funnel, so I just spooned it onto the pan in a funnel cake shape...heh, it works too!) Cook until light brown turning each side. (Or make it really crispy if you like it that way...) Sprinkle with powdered sugar. (Don't inhale it or laugh while eating...it's dangerous!)* Soooo easy! Enjoy!
