End Times Thread

Is there anything about the End Times the Church has been trying to share with everyone? While all the fundamentalists are talking about it, what is the Church's view and stance?

That is the Church's stance. It's interesting because the Homily at my Parish this past Sunday was on that exact topic.

I'm not asking for an answer to "when" it will come...

But signs that the Church has pointed out that we are living in the last days. Yet again that's hard, because I bet it sure did feel like "The End" during the Christian persecutions in the Roman Empire.

I guess there is no real answer, besides...

I think every generation since the first comming of christ thinks it is living in the endtimes. But, no one knows the hour, so be prepaired. Even if this is not the endtimes, this could be your last day alive. And so to a certain extent, we sould live everyday as if it was our last. We shouldn't wait to Move deeper in our relationship with Christ. We shouldn't wait to spread His word. Its not easy, but no one said that it would be.
