yea, behind the workings of the universe is a convoluted matrix of Visual Basic code

:matrix:

crazy huh

I hate to admit it, but I am a professional computer nerd (most people call me a software engineer!). I thought that was :lol_roll: In fact, it inspired me to write this:

Part of the C++ program that God uses to run the world:

void main()
{
CMale* man = new CMale;
CFemale* woman = new CFemale;
CMajorLeagueBaseball* baseballLeague = new CMajorLeagueBaseball;

for (int time = 0; time < END_OF_TIME; time++)
{
if ((man->get_love() == True) && (woman->get_love() == True))
{
man->set_Married(true);
woman->set_Married(true);
CMale* son = new CMale;
CFemale* daughter = new CFemale;
}

if (man->get_sin() == "Venial")
{
int numberOfHailMarys = 10;
man->set_penance(numberOfHailMarys);
}
else if (man->get_sin() == "Mortal")
{
CHell* hell = new CHell;
hell->set_newMember(man);
delete man;
}

if (man->age > 90 && man->get_sin() == "Forgiven")
{
CHeaven* heaven = new CHeaven;
heaven->set_newMember(man);
delete man;
}

if(baseballLeague->get_woldSeriesWinner() == "CHICAGO_CUBS")
{
hell->set_temperature(FREEZING);
}
}
}

Hopefully non-computer ners can appreciate it!!!

dude, you'd get a complier error on the line
hell->set_temperature(FREEZING);
. Besides, you wouldn't want to be dynamically creating heavens and hells and putting each man in his own. Not only that, but you have a major memory leak whenever someone dies.

Thanks for the tip. FREEZING was declared in a header file that was omitted for this post. And my compiler has garbage collection turned on!!!

Thanks BTW - it's nice to know that I'm not the only computer nerd here :)

Actually, I was referring to the fact that there is no hell defined in the current scope.

Ahhh - good point. Thanks for the catch.

Let's hope God's programmer's are better than I :)
