I think this will proven to be highly conditional (perhaps even completely questionable). It's like saying that infants won't speak their first word before they are 13 months old.

Yeah, the evil of murder isn't in the fact that it causes pain. Painless murder is evil too. If someone poisoned a guy painlessly in his sleep the court wouldn't say, "oh, well it was painless so its all good". Give me a break.

That article has a funny way of making it sound justified as long as the baby doesn't feel anything. Its like giving someone anesthesia before stabbing them to death. Again, like LD's post, I can't see the court letting that murderer walk free, so why is abortion legal.
