I still think its a majority rules kind of thing. TX may not be convenient for all of us, but I think there out of all places would have the largest ammount of people who would be able to make it. I originally suggested TX for that reason, and I was fairly certain I would be able to make it (even though it would have been a 3 day or so drive for me to get there--29 hours straight up driving, plus I will have at least 2 kids in tow), and even though its totally NOT convenient for me any more I still think TX is the best location and would still actively try to make it. I would actively try to make it anyway, no matter where it is, but for me TX is still the best bet. Everyone wants it to happen in a location close to them, but its just not going to work out that way unfortunately.

i'm applying to go to FUS in the fall of 2006... it's been a childhood dream. right now i'm living in Asheville, NC (2 hours from Charlotte), so i'm not a fan of going to Texas. but i have friends and fam in Ohio, so i'm all in for a sequel to be up there.

i think no matter where you have it, you'll have the PM peeps show up. even if they're carpooling from 20 different states begging the driver every 5 minutes to make a bathroom stop.

icey is right. no location is going to be good for everyone but there is a core group here in the DFW area and from across texas. ohio is getting a party it sounds like very soon with LD. hopefully we'll have phatmass 06 and if we do itll be here in the metroplex most likely.

i think we've had a few threads about this. if its going to happen, dust prolly needs to pick the place and let us all know. it would be impossible for everyone to agree on one place and have it be convenient for all.
