So my friend's birthday is comming up and I have absolutely no idea what to get him. So as I do with most of the major decisions in life I'm coming to the pham. What do you think a geeky almost 18 year old guy would want from his best girl friend?

He likes computers, Simpsons, Monty Python, music like Styx Wallflowers Nirvana and Dashboard Confessional, and pretty much anything else a nerdy high school kid is into.

Anything you can suggest would be awesome, I have absolutely no clue.

I'm 20, actually. Just cut me a check for a few hundred dollars and we'll be good. ;)

I don't know what to get him but my friends and I have fun wrapping the gifts. One time one of us cleared out part of the corrugation from a box side and slid a gift certificate down inside, then filled the box with foam peanuts and just watch the fun!

Another one was when three cans of expanding insulation foam were sprayed into a gigantic box and three plastic eggs (the ones that open) were placed in about half way down. we found the empty cans and lids (they were tossed in when empty) before we found the eggs. The eggs hid a necklace and some cash.

Also once some money was placed between two 2x4 pieces of wood and screwed in place with about 25 long screws.

Actually....that's not a bad idea! The one he has right now is from his ex who never really brings about good memories. But anyways, it's got a wolf on it (he loves wolves) and I always make fun of it. It would be both practical AND funny.
