when I was in orlando in the summer, I got a slurpee at the 7-11, amazing, I was hooked! lol. coca cola flavour, and now back here I can't get them! maybe I can get a slush puppy type machine and add coke? well, Im going to new york hopefully at new year so will definitly be buyin this stuff! oh yeah, that and lucky charms.mmmm

7-11 is a more Southern thing, I think. Don't know how many you'll find up in New York. I know I only saw one in Philadelphia, and it wasn't the same.

It was previously known as the Southland Corp. until the Japanese bought it. Now it's 7-11 Corp. And let me tell you, it's gotten better. Sandwiches are the least of it.

Oh man I miss 711. We used to have them in Omaha and then they watered down their gas and got caught. SO instead of admitting to it, 711 torched their filing room.

So now we have Kum & Go. Woopee.

when i lived in in ohio i'd always go to the 7/11 and get slurpees...i think there are a few down here in nc, but they're far from my house, so that stinks. you can get icee's in walmart usually, but they're not the same.

I live in a house that has a 7-11 around the corner it's seriously like a 1 minute walk away. lol

I live right next to Philly and we have TONS of 7-11's around here...I think you'll find one in NY, too.

They have them in NY, just not as prolificly as further south. It seems the further south you go the more they have. A smaller town like Front Royal, VA, has at least 4 or 5 of them. WHY ON EARTH does a town that small need that many 7-elevens????

We used to have 7-11s all over the place around here, but I haven't seen one in ages. We used to get Slurpees and Big Gulps all the time. <sigh>
