Eucharistic Sciencetific Research

[Frankencow]

I'm looking for information on scientific research done on Eucharistic miracles. Anybody have some leads?

Bob and Penny Lord are on EWTN quite frequently and I have heard of this book before. I have not read it so I cannot speak to its quality but considering the authors I can safely endorse it. I do believe it is a two volume work.

Blessings,
