She has been one of my good friends for a while, and she's Pentacostal, and in the last few weeks she's been getting "concerned" about my "catholicism". when she asked a question about catholicism i'd answer in the best way i could, and after a while she was not able to rebutt what i had said, then she'd just shake her head sadly and tell me that "Satan has a firm grip on my soul", or something like that. Wonder who's been telling her that. She has always known i'm cathoplic and never had a problem with it! The links she sent me are just PLAIN WEIRD because they come from the weirdest sources! If she keeps doing it, she obviously has NO respect for you OR your religion which is the WORST kind of disrespect because that's not just bashing you, it's bashing Jesus. I she is smart enough, she would know that we Catholics worship Jesus too. Christian unity, man! Just tell her flat out to cut that carp. <_<

Show her this site :D i took your advice, and snce she is online i just IMed her. she said that catholic sources won't have the truth in them, and disguise their "lies" as right the same way the Planned Parenthood site has a very matter-of-fact site about abortion without ever stating that what you're aborting is a human being (she is pro-life, one thing that's good). i am trying to put together a response, but it can't go into a single, neat sentence. it'll take a lil more.

She seems to think she knows more about a faith that she doesn't belong to, than you, who belong to the faith and practice it.
