PadrePioOfPietrelcino Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 (edited)
I cant beleive someone would waste there time trying to scientifcally prove 1+1=2 it just amazes me. What are people going to think up next? sceientifically prove that the grass is green?
Actually the Phenomonolist (sp?? I always get it wrong even when it's in front of me, geesh) philosophers would tell you that color does not exist in reality, it is an assignment our minds give the set of sense data which we percieve through our minds. It is a good question does color exist? Or do objects just abosorb/ not absorb certain waves of light which then our minds percieve as color. I wouldn't mind the scientific proof of the grass being green if anyone has one. It might help me in my Philosophy courses this semester. Edited October 3, 2005 by PadrePioOfPietrelcino
jmjtina Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 well to those who are colorblind, the grass is NOT green. :
