Tonight I went to the announcement party for the Heartland Film Festival, one of the myriad things I love about Indianapolis. Once a year, we have a festival celebrating films with a positive message. They're not all about fluffy bunnies, either -- some are about missionaries being killed, or prisoners learning Shakespeare, or 12-year-olds in El Salvador. I went last year for the first time and I was AMAZED at the level of quality of the films we saw. Fantastic movies, great quality with great messages. And it all happens here in my city. :D:

Fluffy bunnies are cute, it's true. Although they're alot cuter when they're babies than when they get older, IMHO.

That is because you've never been to visit me in Indianapolis, which is just too bad for you. :)

Look, you can't make a decisive statement like "Houston is better" without having even been to Indianapolis. Come up, I'll show you around, and you'll never want to leave.

Until winter, that is. I've found that Southerners don't like winters up here. Heck, I don't like winters up here and I've lived here my whole life.

I've passed through your city. Cool place (from what I saw of the short time I was there).

I don't like bunnies, fluffy or otherwise.

Thanks, Carrie.

One thing I learned from my friend's bunny -- not only do they eat their own young (sometimes) they also EAT THEIR OWN POO. I've never looked at bunnies in the same way since.
