If they can keep up this surge, they can do some damage in the playoffs. If the Sox can't repeat, I wouldn't mind seeing the Indians win the World Series. The AL is really wide open this year. There is no team that is a clear favorite. It's gonna come down to who's the hottest in October.

I didn't know there were any tie breaker rules in baseball!.. thought if we sweep the sox, we played 1 more game. we are 3 back. and they already gave the White Sox the pennant? Even if we still can make the playoffs without the ALC pennant, we still should be able to play for it! One of the great traditions of baseball is No Tiebreakers!!... play it on the field!!!... or so I thought
