This is the best way to fix potatoes:

a pack (1 lb.) of uncooked hashbrown thingies or you could chop up your own potatoes.

bell peppers and onions(chopped tiny. the peppers are more for decoration than taste so colored ones are the best)

can of cream of mushroom soup

VELVEETA! (little cubes)or actual cheddar coagulated milk(the more the better) :wink:

saute your peppers and onions (you know how much you like)
Then add the potatoes and cook them. Next add the soup and mix. THen add the coagulated milk. normally a block (8 oz.) is enough. Then sprinkle shredded coagulated milk on top and stick in an oven at 350degrees(or if you're cooking something else, whatever that temperature is) until it is melted.
