FUS grad attacked today...

John O'Brien a Steubenville graduate from last year has been working at a boys camp for at risk young men in the West and today three of the boys attacked him. He is in critical condition and was airlifted to a hospital in Montana. Please pray for him and his family. John is the kind of guy that everyone knows and loves and he never once was seen without a smile on his face. Please also pray for the boys that attacked him, I know that he would want that. They have fled the scene after stealing a truck and a warrant is out for their arrest.

Heavenly Father,

We pray for the healing of John. We pray for the peace of mind of his family, friends, coworkers, and those he served. We pray also for the apprehension of the attackers so that nobody else is hurt.

Latest word is that he will survive with no major brain damage. This is a small miracle because they beat him in the head 5 times with a shovel. As far as we know the youngsters are still at large.

prayers! I know what it's like. I had a friend who was in a serious car accident and had severe brain injury after being in a coma for a few months. His person or essence is still there it's just hindered by the damage.
