shelly_freak Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005 I like the slightly scruffy, I haven't shaved in a few days look. That and when they haven't shaved in like a day and they rub their rough chin on your face. I think that's connected with my dad always doing that to me when I was a kid.

Thy Geekdom Come Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005 Jennie doesn't like facial hair on guys. For what it's worth, I don't really have any hair hang-ups.
Philippe Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005 i've been growing mine out for 16 years. and there still isnt anything there
Carrie Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005
on girls, i just want to go up to them and say, "let me just pluck this really, extremely long hair off of your chin" and walk away.
I've done this to a few of my friends. I always carry tweezers with me (its the eyebrow obsession) and if I see a chin hair on a friend, I'll say "honey let me get that for you there, it'll just be a second. *pluck* before they can say anything back. :

Didacus Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005 Not nearly as much as tongue hair. Any of you ever heard of "Balck Harry Tongues?".
Carrie Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005 I would imagine Canadian women are hairier to stay warm...

Luthien Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005 People in this thread aren't being charitable. I have body hair issues, and its so hard to take care of it. It hurts, its time consuming, and it can't always be done perfectly so that all hair is unoticable. I feel like there is a lot of judgement flying around here, that if a woman has a hair problem, she is a freak. This would be like telling someone they have too much body fat that it bothers you. Not everyone is a size 2, and not everyone has body hair like a 13 year old girl. There...
Laudate_Dominum Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005 btw, she's exaggerating. and there is some meanness on this thread.

We don't mean to be uncharitable. If it makes you feel better, I will list all the things I get waxed on a regular basis (because I too, am hairy). Eyebrows Upper lip Arms (haven't done this in awhile but I need to go back) Bikini wax (during the summer months) I have two friends that are equally as hairy and we have waxing parties. Sometimes we'll sit in front of a movie covered in Nair or Veet. It's funny for us. Also, I have more body fat than I should as well. I could use to lose about 20 pounds. So, I don't have the hair of a 13 year old girl or the perfect body. But I'm ok with having to remove some extra hair or wearing a few sizes bigger than most other people, so I can make jokes and feel free to make fun of myself. : Feel better that you're not alone?
Luthien Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005 Im tryin'. Its just that I live with two sisters who do not have my problem. Constant comparison...on my part that is.
