The original statement was that someone said PP made a pact with Satan. Then T-Bone said that you shouldn't say that as it damages someone's reputation, making you think that the statement damaged PP's reputation. Then he said 'even if that person is Satan,' which is the unexpected person for reputation damage, and therein lies the punchline.
