Things I hate on the way into work

1) My car making funny noises

2) Jaywalkers

3) Red lights

4) Slow drivers in the parking garage (this could be No. 1, actually, but I'm going in chronological order. Come on, people! There's no empty spaces on the three bottom floors after 7:45, and IT'S ALL LEFT TURNS)

5) Having to dig through my bag to find my key card (this one is my own fault)

6) Realizing when you get into work that you left the thermos of coffee at home.

Well, if you wouldn't stay up all night, you wouldn't forget the coffee... I bet you really need it now.

Hey, pedestrians need to get to work via the quickest route possible too!

Maybe it's not the jaywalking itself -- it's the jaywalkers who don't care that a car is coming at them at 40 mph and take their sweet time crossing the street.

2. toys, books, various and sundry items on the stairs
3. messy kitchen table/counters.

That's all. (It's a short drive)....
