a sharpy marker is the proper tool in this case... always use the proper tool...

Are you planning on making a giant posterboard that says "Jesus Loves You" and surprise your roommate with it when he wakes up?

She's right. A highlighter won't create the lasting look I'm sure you're hoping for.

Just for your information, it takes at least two days to remove black sharpie marker from the face...

Actually, I have 8 different colors of highlighters...and they're all made by sharpie...

Note to self: Never buy them again...the ink barely lasts a few pages.

No. I have a "curious" child. When my daughter was about four and a half, I heard here say, "C'mon... let's show Mommy." And then my two year old and four year old came crawling up the steps-- meowing all the way. She's made them up as kittens-- triangle ears on the forehead, whiskers, claws, nose... with a black sharpie.

I have these wonderful black and white snapshots of them... it was really cute... but it took a long while to get it off.

Oh, poor Travis. I'm sure he'll love you for that. See... I was a much better roommate than you :P: .

However, I'd say go for it if you can send us a picture.

Can I get copy too?

Don't forget I almost did the same thing to you once.

It doesn't take two days...I know this from years of experience. It shouldn't take more than a few good scrubbings. On the last night of church camp, the counselors would all "raid" us, meaning they'd graffiti our bodies with sharpies. This is about 8 years' worth. We would usually be done taking it off by breakfast.
