prose Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 Well, I know most of you are probably sick of me talking about being pregnant still, but I am scared sick about the induction tomorrow. (At least this should be the last preggo post ) I was induced with my first, but I still can't help but be scared. I have to go through labor, and I HATE throwing up. Last time I threw up quite a bit. I wish labor wasn't so scary. Stupid Eve....
Nicole8223 Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 Prayers for you!!!! I can't wait to hear about your new baby! I'll be sure to think of you in prayer tomorrow, too. Ask Mary for help...she went through labor in a stable with no doctor! She'll send some graces your way!
Lil Red Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 ohh, i'm so sorry! we'll be lifting you up in prayer all day long though! see, last time, you didn't have your phatmass peeps praying for you. now you do!
Carrie Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 Just a tip: Bring a rubber handball with you. Your husband can massage your back with it while you're in labor (he's got to roll it around your back, not play handball on your back . My aunt said that really helped her with labor.
prose Posted September 30, 2005 Author Posted September 30, 2005 (edited) Play handball off the back! I just hope that I can get an epidural earlier than last time. 3 days of labor was just tooooooo long Edited September 30, 2005 by prose
Old_Joe Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 Don't be scared of tomorrow. God is already there.

marielapin Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 I'll be praying for you. I was induced with my son as well, and I was so scared and nervous beforehand. My labor was only nine hours though, and not three days (oh my!). Just remember to offer up your labor. Its nice to know souls are being released from purgatory through your suffering. We will be praying for you here.
zabbazooey Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 Oh my gosh!! I know you're scared but it must be kind of exciting to think you'll be holding your baby in a few days!!! Prayers for you prose!!
prose Posted September 30, 2005 Author Posted September 30, 2005 Thanks everyone... It makes me feel a little better knowing so many people care
sweetpea316 Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 Best of luck! And I agree with Zabba... when you have your new baby in your arms, it will be sooo worth it. You have my prayers also! This is a quote that reminded me of this for some reason... "If the burden seems to much to bear, remember the end will justify the pain it took to get us there." God bless and Mary protect!
White Knight Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 God knows where ya going, where all of us are going, afterall he sees time. Just trust in him.
philothea Posted October 1, 2005 Posted October 1, 2005 Don't know if you'll have time to see this before you go, but prayers! I'll be checking in to hear the good news.
photosynthesis Posted October 1, 2005 Posted October 1, 2005 I will be praying that both you and your new baby are healthy. Just be glad you don't have to throw up all the time.. I had a friend who had this horrible stomach illness where he threw up sometimes 30x a day....

You are a wonderful creation of God Psalm 139:14. Even though we have to endure pain monthly, sorry boys, but offer it up to the Lord. He will always be with you!!!! Offer up to the poor souls of purgatory. They need our prayers. You can probably get a lot of souls into Heaven! God loves you!
