Do I have to donate to my parish ten percent of my income?

I donate about 5 dollars a month to about 6 or 7 different Catholic Religious orders/Orgazations. Along with five dollars a week to the Tridentine mass i attend.

So would donating to religious count as returning my money back to God?

in my opinion, donating to your parish should be the first priority, then you can give to other charitable causes as you see fit.
