Jedi_StClaire Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 I am so angry and upset.......I should really stay out of the Abortion debate thread at the force.net There are barely any prolifers in there or they aren't very good prolifers - they say stuff that makes prolifers look bad in general......... read the post by dizfactor here: http://boards.theforce.net/The_Senate_Floo...75442/p89/?2218 He makes me VERY angry. Especially since he openly spoke of his "threesome" and of his lovers having an abortion. What happens if an abortionist botches the abortion and the teenager has to have emergency surgery? hello...........parents need to be told! I get so upset with these people..........................
zabbazooey Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005
I think the bigger question is: what is the point of making abortion legal but limiting it so people can't use it? One of my least favorite laws is that people under 18 ahve to ask their parents to get an abortion. That's abosolutely ridiculous. Why should a parnet be able to tell their child whether they can have an abortion? More than that, abortions cost so much alot of poor people can't get them, which is a problem, since alot of poor people are the ones who need abortions. Basically, these laws result from pro-life people, but ultimately there's no point in making a comprimise between pro-life and pro-choice people, it needs to be one way or the other.
This guy needs a labotomy!
Jedi_StClaire Posted October 3, 2005 Author Posted October 3, 2005 that person that says poor people need abortions sounds like he's the reanimated in a new body version of Margaret Sanger. That's what SHE SAID - except she also included blacks and other minorities.
Cow of Shame Posted October 4, 2005 Posted October 4, 2005 jeeze...you guys can't recognize a troll when it kicks you in the head, yet point fingers at me? lol
Jedi_StClaire Posted October 4, 2005 Author Posted October 4, 2005 on that site, those pro aborts are not trolls. Usually the 'troll' there is someone who makes christians look bad or prolifers in general look bad and says " if you don't want to be pregnant, don't have sex" That thread has gotten worse with that one guy (dizfactor) saying kids don't need permission to get tatoos or whatever......... Well, Holly Patterson was 17-18 when she got pregnant, she was probably scared (plus the father was like 20 something) and if she had just gone to her parents instead of "exercising her 'right to choose' as so many pro aborts always are screaming), she would likely still be alive rather than dead due to an effection caused by the abortion pill.
dspen2005 Posted October 4, 2005 Posted October 4, 2005 we must pray for them. honestly, i wonder if they realize the implications of what they are saying. dizfactor, implicitly places the burden of proof upon the child -- in other words, the child must come up with a reason so overwhelming, so immense so that the woman would have no other option, reason, excuse to not have an abortion. of course, this reason cannot be the mere fact that the child is alive -- we can't possibly have that as a legitimate reason (sarcasm)
Didacus Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005
jeeze...you guys can't recognize a troll when it kicks you in the head, yet point fingers at me? lol
I like you cow... You're not all bad, but you're not all good either and you do it with a certain pinashe and style! That aside, its a little hard to tell weither this poster is a troll or not. Some people honestly and full heartidly follow the opinions expressed in his post and thus, if a troll... not avery good one. That aside, every one knows abortion is completely safe right? Check this out: http://www.abortionbreastcancer.com/ For the last 20 years, the truth has been hidden. This is a pretty good site that makes a few points on the entire controversy. Let me know what you think.
Jedi_StClaire Posted October 5, 2005 Author Posted October 5, 2005 I happen to know that if I or any othe prolifer posted that site in the abortion debate thread on theforce.net, we'd be told its biased and can't be linked to. *rolls eyes* And a site called childrenbychoice wouldn't be biased? Of course abortion isn't safe. I've read stories of women who had to have hysterectomies because they were either bleeding too much or the doctor had punctured the womb. its horrible!

I take that as a great compliment. I find "all good" people to be a bit on the boring side...although, they can be so easily shockable, it's delicious. A good troll is hard to distinguish from a complete idiot..... "Don't black people have tails?" who insists on clinging to their patently absurd ideas... "My grandpa swears he saw one.
is it true that clinics are not legally obligated to report complications or injuries obtained during abortions? that's why figures aren't widely known on deaths due to abortions? Jedi_StClaire Posted October 5, 2005 Author Posted October 5, 2005 they are required by law to report cases of statutory rape, but they do not. Life Dynamics did an investigation on this having a 20 something girl who could sound 13 years old call all these clinics and make an appointment and then the girl says "my boyfriend is like 21" They cover it up - they don't report it. George Tiller, aka TIller the Killer, killed a young 19 year old who was developmentally disabled. She was taken for an abortion in Kansas from her home state of texas and underwent a very dangerous 3 day abortion procedure. She got sepsis and died withina few days. The person who made the 911 call was VERY agressive with the person from the emergency services.........didn't want them using the siren on their ambulance........ Story is here: http://www.operationrescue.org/?p=264 Yet, these stories rarely make it into the mainstream media? Why? Cause they are protecting the abortion industry.
onathing1 Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 (edited) this is a conversation i had with a pro-choice guy over myspace...**care is me** From: care Date: Oct 5, 2005 1:18 PM i couldnt help laughing when i read your some of the things you posted in your group. you talk about pro-lifers being immature! thats funny! did you READ some of the things the people in your group post? i personally found it funny about 'immature' we are, and then you go and make fun of us! nice...real mature! thats all i wanted to say. dont bother typing back, and im sure you will have loads of fun putting this as one of your 'shame' threads. From: Good Honest Kiwi Since 1896 Date: Oct 5, 2005 11:22 AM No you are really not worth talking about, Anti abortionists have no sense of humour. Maybe if you guys lightened up a little you would understand that its ok to have a differing oppinion to your neighbour. From:care Date:Oct 5, 2005 11:27 AM hmm, so we prolifers have no sense of humor? well when what we believe in is under attack, its hard to laugh at it...but hey i'll tell you what. let me make fun of what you believe and see how you take it! and as for your own personal opinion, i think everyone is entitled to what they want to believe. and as for the whole shame thread comment i made, i figured you and your friends would have had fun making fun of me no matter what i said, cuz you guys are just that mature. ******the guy i was talking to soon gave up** Edited October 6, 2005 by onathing1
jezic Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 some of them totally deny facts. I don't like how abortion clinics can totally abuse the law and get by with everything .... that irks me and basically proves satans involvement in the matter.
MissScripture Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005
is it true that clinics are not legally obligated to report complications or injuries obtained during abortions? that's why figures aren't widely known on deaths due to abortions?
Yes, my mother is an RN and it makes her so mad, because they have to report the slightest thing to the state and yet abortions go entirely unreported because of the "right to privacy." They have to report even simple procedures, out patient things and document everything. The abortions have to do nothing.
Jedi_StClaire Posted October 9, 2005 Author Posted October 9, 2005 the thread on theforce.net has gotten nasty again. A new poster innocently posted that Abortion is never necessary (I wrote to him cause his username seemed familiar - he had posted in the catholicism thread that he was Catholic) and I told him to be careful cause anyone who is prolife/anti abortion and Catholic usually get screamed at........one of the posters in the thread on occcasion is a fallen away catholic who would be just fine if his girlfriend had an abortion and has since become an atheist (quite quite sad).

Jedi_StClaire Posted October 9, 2005 Author Posted October 9, 2005 they consider anyone who says "Abortion is wrong" evil and anti-woman. Vaderize was a mod at one time and he's VERY strongly pro abortion. His latest post says he gives anteheisia (forgive the spelling) to patients that are having emergent and elective abortions............. so I guess he doesn't perform them himself? But how does he know when its necessary? Emergency? Oh no, I've gained 50 pounds! Now I can't wear my size 6 dress anymore! waaaaaaaaaaa! Not exactly troll, but I gave the guy some advice on where to get information on how to debate better. Its truly sad........I was thinking about abortion being cruel and unusual punishment........for a precious baby who did NOTHING wrong except be conceived. I remember a "cartoon" in a magazine (maybe Catholic Digest, not sure) where someone is asking God there isn't a cure for Cancer, Aids, etc.......and GOd says "I sent the people that would cure these diseases, but you aborted them" I think you can get prolife checks with that on them. Its so sad that 44,000,000+ babies have been aborted for "convenience" sake. And someone said that the government has no right to interfere............what about when its statutory rape? When a 15 year old is impregnanted by her 22 year old boyfriend its statutory rape and abortion is just protecting the rapist. Or the molestor. That's when the government has a right to interfere. And aborting becuase you're starting veterinarian school is a very selfish reason, I think.
avemaria40 Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 That is stupid that parent's have no say in their daughter's choice for abortion. Women have died from stupid, so called "safe and legal" abortions. Birth Control and abortion have so much more consequences than, someone taking an Advil or a Midol from the school nurse (unless they have severe allergies or risks), or someone getting her ears pierced (by a sterile, liscenced professional) or getting ur picture in the school newspaper, and our parents have to approve of all that but they have no say on whether their child goes on the Pill or has an abortion. Also, it's their grandchild, and there is adoption, crisis pregnancy centers, etc. And if it's agaisnt the law to take marijuana BY YOURSELF (not dealing, selling or anything) or to smoke or drink when your under 18, or to take your own life, how come it's ok to take your unborn baby's life?
Jedi_StClaire Posted October 14, 2005 Author Posted October 14, 2005 sorry to bump this, but I need this thread to vent.........dizfactor is at it again..........saying prolifers are anti sex and pro poverty? No, we're anti promiscouis sex where women are used and sex is used as pleasure and not for unity. He said that they (prolifers) should consider the quality of life.........well yes we do............he obviously doesn't know anything about what prolifers offer............baby clothes, food, classes, medical help, etc............
benedictaj Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 Yes, pro-abortioners make me soo angry!!! *grrrrrrr* However, just a while ago, I read a moving story by a woman in her early twenties. Her mother had been raped, but had decided to keep the child (the author, btw) The mother now says that it was the best thing shes even done! What a HUGE silver lining to that cloud!
