I mean, it seems like everytime I log on, there is a new image that is even worse than the time before. And more than once, I have run into nudity. It has some amazing things to offer and I have found people and bands that I lost touch with long ago, but . . . it also has so much unavoidable garbage that I can't support it. Thoughts?

keighters Posted October 4, 2005 Posted October 4, 2005 i used to be so anti-myspace.. and then i joined. and i love it cause it's easy to connect with your friends from all over. but you're so right!!! the stuff on there is horrible. I'm glad my dad has a blocker on the computer so none of it comes through. but when i check it at school i'm always so offended

Isn't that the same as going to bookstores/video stores that you know carry porn...just as long as they keep it in the back? *shrug*

thessalonian Posted October 4, 2005 Posted October 4, 2005 If it has any carp on it people need to leave it. If it's pornographic it's like saying "I get porn for the articles". They I am sure get paid by advertisers by the number of members they have so your contributing to porn by your membership and actually end up encouraging it. If it is inappropriate I highly recommend that all who have memberships there cancel them. Blessings
