franciscanheart Posted October 5, 2005 Author Posted October 5, 2005 first of all... im not in high school. i wasnt in the 'popular' crowd but within the theatre i was pretty well liked. i didnt have any real problems there. i was also a choir kid which meant i met lots of band and art kids too. i made friends in every single one of the magnets (we had about seven) and i made friends with a lot of their friends. i was loud in the classrooms and made people laugh so i was liked in normal classes as well. i made 'friends' with lots of different people. it was great. life was good. (im not trying to be boastful but attempting to show a contrast) now that im in college and everyone is gone... im not so popular. im in the part of my life when you realize that you really dont have any friends and if you do they are few. which is fine i guess but most of them dont live near me so it makes it hard. not to mention a couple are drifting away (some my age, some older) which is going to happen eventually but smells of elderberries because it's happening now. im just having a hard time. prayer will see me through.
