onathing1 Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 my mom just had twin boys about, 4 or 5 months ago, so i'm thinking of dressing them up like Thing 1 and Thing 2 and going as the Cat in the Hat...
HomeTeamFamily Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 kinda excited this year, we dont live on campus so we may end up having to give candy out to trick or treaters!!!
Dudette Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 nothing? haha. I stopped going trick or treating when I was 11 or 10...
onathing1 Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 free candy?!?! ur just gonna give that up?!?!? lol...im not stoppin til im too old to walk!
cmotherofpirl Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 I am running a haunted house, so I can choose from about 10-15 different characters every night.
Old_Joe Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 We don't get many trick or treaters here. kinda sad. Newman center has a Halloween Dance every year. I haven't decided what I'm going to do. I was thinking Batman, Gorilla, paintin' my face and arms with glow in the dark body paint, Sherlock Holmes, or something else.
zabbazooey Posted October 9, 2005 Author Posted October 9, 2005 I was thinking of being a girlie pirate...hehehe I even have a wristband that says I love Pirates on it.
zabbazooey Posted October 9, 2005 Author Posted October 9, 2005 I got it a loooong time ago...but it still holds true....I Johnny Depp...I mean pirates.
onathing1 Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 ah....gotcha ....im sure i can find one somewhere.

I think that's what I might be too! Either that or a jedi or a werewolf. I I trick or treated last year, but at almost 17 I think that I better not this year. Still I'm totally going to dress up and hand out candy.
Old_Joe Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 My other idea was Darth Vader before the suit, but i think that would be kinda obvious.
Dudette Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005
free candy?!?! ur just gonna give that up?!?!? lol...im not stoppin til im too old to walk!
because......I don't need more sugar..lol.
Era Might Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 I was a hobo one year. I was probably 8 or 9. I had tattered clothes, and a bottle wrapped in a paper bag. I'm not kidding either.
photosynthesis Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005
I am going to be Doug Funny
that's a great idea!! i used to watch that show... usually for halloween my friends and i dress up and play musical instruments. I walk around playing my guitar, and another one of my friends plays the piccolo, and other people walk around and we make up funny songs as we go along. we go through ALL the dorms and walk around campus seranading people. my campus goes CRAZY on halloween. There's a group of people who all dress up like pirates. One of them carries a flask full of rum and a huge conch shell, which he blows into all the time. you can hear it from off campus. they all wear really elaborate costumes and sing pirate shanties all day. people at Goucher tend to be quirky anyway, but halloween gives people an excuse to be EXTRA quirky. my campus ministry is trying to plan an all saint's day party where you can dress up as your favorite saint or biblical character.
MissScripture Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 I'm going to be an elf, like from Lord of the Rings. And here I thought I'd never use my prom dress again! Hey, if anyone knows (or has ideas of) where one could buy a cloak like the elves wear, let me know...I mean generally, like a chain store type thing...
