Did Mary know that she was Immaculate? (Using past-tense because she obviously knows now!)

I doubt Our Lady, during her earthly life, would have considered it in this way. I think it certain that she knew she was singularly blessed, she expresses this in the magnificat and it just seems implicit. I tend to think because of her singular union with God she had deep insight into God's plan and all of that.

One might say that because of her perfect humility she never would have thought of herself in this way, and it is possible that God kept the details of her special privledge from her throughout the course of her earthly life. But on the other hand humility is truth, while pride is a lie. The devil fell because he responded to the privledges of God in a self-centered way rather than giving the glory to God. Mary on the other hand gave glory to God in all things and I imagine her own knowledge of her singular privledges was responded to in this way. I'd mention the magnificat again. Also consider that St. Therese, after making a general confession, was told by the priest that she had never commited a serious sin in her life. Her response was not prideful in the least but rather this knowledge inspired a deeper humility and love for God. Considering Our Lady is the greatest of the saints I can't imagine it would have been any different and I see no reason why Our Lady would not have understood her state considering she knew well that she was the Mother of God and the Mother of the Church.
