I use it to keep in touch with my old friends from my old high school. I mean, yeah, there are ads that are grotesque; however, I still don't see myspace being bad. I like myspace sort of because all of my cousins are on it (I have MANY of them), and some of them live far away and we use it to keep in touch. I love my cousins! When I joined, my one cousin said, "BEWARE: MYSPACE IS ALL CONSUMING LIFE GOAL." so i don't go on it more than once a week

I don't have a cell phone, and most people don't check their e-mail. It's just easier. I'm not on it 24/7, I use it once a day.

Dreamweaver Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 If you use Firefox, there's an extension called Adblock that doe wonders at blocking advertisements, including the softcore Myspace ads. Works wonders, and I especially recommend it for those who use Myspace or other websites that tend to be cluttered with carp.
