lets say someone swears falsely and says "I swear to God" ...... ......,

and lets say that person truley feels sorry and repents, will the Father forgive him?

Maccabeus,

No one can fall so far down into the deep darkness of sin so as not to be caught, so long as they are willing. God always accepts a repentant heart that desires conversion, no matter the offense. Hope this helps.
