Unblessing?

Is there a way for an object which has been blessed to be, er, un-blessed? So the item could be sold, or even given away to someone who won't know how to take care of a blessed object.

I am not aware of any way to unbless an item. Remember the blessings accrue to the person who uses the blessed object. However we are taught to treat with respect those items that are blessed such as rosaries, pictures etc. Cars and houses however are sometimes onsold.

Places of worship are de-consecrated when they are sold because they are marked out for the worship of God
