I agree!!

One thing though- I've always heard her refered to in that context as "Mother of all Nations". Do you know anything about this? This is connected with the painting of the Mother of all Nations, right?

Our Lady of All Nations appeared maybe in Amsterdam I believe. Part of the prayer has been modified just recently about "Who once was Mary"

i'm pretty sure I know who designed it, that fellow up in Renfrew county Ontario.. same peeps who did Michael O'Brien's site.. And it looks like they're using "Mambo", an open source CMS.

flowery is a computer nerd like me

CMS = content management system. basically a pre-packaged website that you can pimp out and update the content without having to know the details of html/css or programming or any of that jazz.

awww. :(

come to steubenville and hang out with me.. I have the effect of turning people into nerds if they spend too much time around me.

I've also been known to turn staunch Thomists into Franciscans. :D: which reminds me, I wonder where argent_paladin has been?

um.. I'm actually thinking of sticking around for a while and maybe putting a few tens of thousands of dollars into my house which means I'll be here for a good while, but I've been changing my plans every week or so.. dang, I'm so indecisive sometimes.. :(

I actually put up some pictures of my house here: http://photobucket.com/albums/b17/fangorn35/My%20House/

It's a decent place, the central air keeps it cool in the summer, and it stays nice and warm in the winter. My old house was impossible to keep warm because the insulation sucked.

I'm not sure you'd want to live with me though.. I've started a company and work from home practically every day now. Plus I might be tearing the place up in the not too distant future. The big thing though is that you could definitely find something much cheaper around here. You could even get a place rent free probably. I know a lot of people who do that. I don't agree with it, its government subsidised housing, but its popular. I don't agree with it because I think its odd to see these yuppie richie kids with fancy cars living in the projects along-side single mothers on welfare who take the bus. I think its probably an abuse of the system. But I'm sure there are plenty of cases where its cool, I just couldn't justify it for myself.
