I found myself watching Animal Planet tonight and AC Slater (Saved By the Bell...is Mario Lopez his real name?) is the host on one of the shows. Well, a priest was on there trying to get his dog to do tricks. It was hilarious- thats beside the point. AC said that he was a practicing Catholic!

Good Luck w/ that one Fr. Last time i saw the dog he wasn't doing to well w/ stay, come, or heel. Hes so cute though.

Still cracking me up that he was watching it too....fun times in southern IN watching AC Slater run an animal show..ha

jasJis Posted December 6, 2003 Posted December 6, 2003 Greg Lougainis was and olympic diver. He was very, very good. Won a couple of Golds in a few Olympiads. Greg was also gay, back when it wasn't really talked about and AIDS wasn't really understood or known about. Greg hit his head on a platform during a dive and cut it open. He was stitched up at the pool side and sat in the small pool that divers sit in after a dive. The big stink was about him having aids and the blood in both pools. Understand, even doctors didn't know for sure (or agree) if that was dangerous or not at the time. It was not an issue until days or weeks later if I remember correctly. There was also a big thing about how his manager/coach manipulated and controlled Greg by constantly threatening to tell the public that he was gay and other emotional abuse.
