So I don't eat untill I've been up 45 mins/hour, and have already done half my daily work out. (I run 15-20 miles in the evening, before dinner). Makes me nauseous just thinking about it ... I've gotta have something substantial, something protein-based, or at least a complex carbohydrate. But more power to you if you can handle it!
